WWE: Randy Orton ringrazia i fan in vista del suo record

Come vi abbiamo riportato di recente, Randy Orton, domani notte alle Survivor Series, diventerà la Superstar con più match in PPV stabilendo così un nuovo record.

In vista proprio di questo riconoscimento, Randy è sceso sui social per ringraziare i fan che lo hanno supportato in tutto questo tempo:

I’ve never been one to keep records or stats throughout my career. Early on, it was laughable to consider in my profession you had ‘wins’ and ‘losses’. You certainly wouldn’t talk about it, with the boys much less fans. But I’m fortunate to have some fans (and friends)

…that have done just that, kept my stats. Not just wins and losses, but damn near everything you could think of! It came to my attention that tomorrow at Survivor Series I’ll set a new record for most PPV matches by anyone in WWE history.

The following night on RAW coincidentally, if I have a match, I’ll have had more matches on RAW then anyone in history. I saw this online, checked it, and it is true… kind of hard to believe, as it feels like I only started down in OVW yesterday. I just wanna take a minute…

“Non sono mai stato uno che tiene particolarmente ai record o alle statistiche durante la mia carriera. All’inizio, era ridicolo considerare che nella mia professione ci fossero ‘vittorie’ e ‘sconfitte’. Certamente non ne parlavo, con i ragazzi e tanto meno con i fan. Ma ho la fortuna di avere alcuni fan (e amici) che hanno fatto proprio questo, hanno conservato le mie statistiche. Non solo vittorie e sconfitte.

“Mi è stato fatto notare che domani alle Survivor Series stabilirò un nuovo record per il maggior numero di incontri in PPV. Se la notte successiva avrò un match a Raw, diventerò anche la Superstar con più match nello show rosso. Ho visto questo online, ho controllato ed è vero… un po’ difficile da credere, visto che mi sembra di aver iniziato in OVW solo ieri.

“Voglio solo prendermi un minuto alla luce di queste ‘statistiche’, e far sapere a tutti quelli che mi hanno sostenuto in qualsiasi modo che vi sono grato. So che non sarei arrivato qui senza di voi. E ora passiamo alla mia quindicesima Survivor Series… il tempo vola, vero?”
